Home visits available to following suburbs: 

Dietitian home visits are available to families living within 10km of St Helena (3088). Suburbs that home visits apply include: Banyule, Briar Hill, Bundoora, Eltham, Eltham North, Epping, Diamond Creek, Doreen, Greensborough, Hurstbridge, Kangaroo Ground, Kingsbury, Lower Plenty, Macleod, Mernda, Mill Park, Montmorency, Plenty, Research, Rosanna, South Morang, St Helena, Templestowe, Viewbank, Watsonia, Wattle Glen, Yallambie, Yarrambat.

Services for NDIS Participants: 

We are proud to support families who are participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

We are able to see NDIS participants who are self managed or plan managed. NDIS participants can be seen through face-to-face home visits or telehealth depending on the families preference. We provide support to participants to order their consumables and provide support letters to help participants obtain additional funding for nutrition support drinks where required.

NDIS participants (1 hour): $188.99

Travel Time: $94.99/hour
